Participation of Tuvi & Co at the Nuclear Power Plants V. Expo and IX. Summit (NPPES 2023), 21-22 June 2023, Istanbul

We had the great pleasure to take part in this year’s Nuclear Power Plant Expo and Summit in Istanbul, Turkiye.

The NPPES event is the best way to stay up to date with latest developments in Turkiye’s thriving nuclear industry, with networking opportunities with nuclear industry peers, senior level executives of a large number of local and international companies. As representative of the Californian company OPTO 22 we presented two products: groov RIO and groov EPIC – industrial automation systems.

OPTO 22 products are designed to operate on non-proprietary communications standards such as Ethernet, IP, MQTT, Modbus and many others. With quality and reliability being the main focus.

As we at Tuvi & Co provide development and implementation of industrial control systems we have demonstrated the capabilities of Ignition SCADA Software. Using both Vision and Perspective modules applications we demonstrated some of the state of art  visualization capabilities. The main benefits of using Ignition are:

We demonstrated how different end devices can connect and be displayed on a computer screen, tablet, even on a smart phone. For this purpose, we used the following devices: 2 groov EPIC, groov RIO, Modbus, weather station, stack light/warning horn, OPC UA intelligent gamma probe FJK-01E.

The Probe FJK-01E is developed and produced by TUVI & Co Ltd. to be used in any applications and possible integration. Smart gamma probe is power over Ethernet and provides data transmission using standard “open” industrial protocol that is software independent – OPC UA (Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture), integrates with any industrial software, both in new build systems and in existing ones.
